A serious game is designed for any purpose rather than entertainment. They are called serious games because the game is used in a pedagogical way for political, social, marketing, economical, environmental or humanitarian purposes.
Serious games are considered useful to those who wish to use simulation for training and education.

a) Induction Gaming. It’s a serious game that allows new employees to acquaint themselves with the company in a fun, innovative, efficient and autonomous way.
This approach also enables to :
- break the ice with new co-workers;
- visit the different departments of the company, and get information on each one of them;
- break current employees’ routine by having them answer new recruits’ questions once or twice (or three or four times) a year.
b) Exhibition Gaming, or Fair Gaming. It enables the participants to discover a fair, a show or an exhibition in a fun and interactive way.
It’s well-known that, nowadays, a pretty stand isn’t enough anymore, you have to provide visitors with a ‘customer experience’. This is what we offer you. On one hand, our approach allows to present products and services in such a durable way that the messages are memorised more efficiently; and on the other hand, it creates an emotion. The visitors will then have the feeling that they took part in a meaningful experience, and will then connect the feeling to the exhibiting company.
c) Learning Enhancement. We offer trainers or event organisers to discover the city intelligently. In other words, we combine our city game software with (totally or partially) customised questions and challenges. This way, the participants can discover the city and also get to know each other better. Last but not least, you make sure that they have assimilate the training they received previously.
d) Corporate Values. Contrary to what many companies advocate, we don’t think it is possible (nor efficient) to impose a corporate culture on employees; you can only create it, live it and make it evolve. Through our serious gaming concept, you can share your views; but most importantly, you can collect the co-workers’ impressions, opinions and comments on those views. Our approach enables to identify the corporate culture and to pass on values both ways. We strongly believe that it is viable in the long term. We can work with your own coaches or suggest our own partners.
